Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect personal data — and your rights under UK data protection law.

Last updated: 13 July 2026

Who we are

This website is operated by RGBY Ltd ("RGBY", "we", "us"), a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 16472689), with its registered office at 25 Maney Corner, Sutton Coldfield, England, B72 1QL. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, contact us at paul@rgby.ai.

What information we collect

  • Information you give us — when you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, subject, and message you provide.
  • Technical information — like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and to keep the service running.

We do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies, and we do not build marketing profiles. See "Cookies" below.

How we use your information, and our lawful basis

  • To respond to your enquiry and discuss pilots, partnerships, or technical questions. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us, and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
  • To keep the website secure and reliable. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests in protecting our systems.

We will not send you unrelated marketing without your consent, and we do not sell personal data.

Cookies

This site uses only what is strictly necessary to function and does not set advertising, analytics, or other non-essential cookies. It loads web fonts and a small icon library from third-party content delivery networks (Google Fonts and unpkg) to render the page; these are used to serve static assets, not to track you.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers ("processors") that help us run the site and respond to you, under appropriate contracts. These currently include:

  • Railway (our website hosting provider — site infrastructure and server logs).
  • Microsoft 365 (our email provider — to receive and reply to contact-form messages).
  • Cloudflare (our DNS and content-delivery provider — to serve the site securely).

We do not otherwise disclose your information, except where required by law.

International transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum) to protect your information.

How long we keep it

We keep contact-form messages only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and then delete or archive them in line with our retention practices. Technical logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email paul@rgby.ai. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, though we'd appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
